The OSCE, in co-operation with local authorities, will organize a series of meetings on land reform and access to land in Tajikistan. The meeting will bring together local authorities, women support groups and international organizations.

Officials from the United Nations, the Council of Europe, the OSCE and the European Union will meet to share information and examine ways of improving co-operation.

The three-day visit will include presentations/discussions on case management, investigations of individual cases and the workings of the Kosovo Ombudsperson Institutions database.

The OSCE Mission in Kosovo will conduct a four-day computer training course for Kosovo journalists in Gjilan/Gnjilane.

The ceremony marks the 12th graduating class of the Kosovo Police Service School. The School, located in Vushtri/Vucitrn, opened its doors in September 1999 and has currently graduated 2,851 new police officers for Kosovo.

The meeting will review progress made by the Albanian Government on Working Tables I, II and III and discuss priorities. Mr. Bodo Hombach, Special Co-ordinator, and Minister Eremelinda, National Co-ordinator, will give addresses.
