To help broaden public discussion on the merits and implications of proposed constitutional changes and amendments, the OSCE Office in Baku is supporting public forums in Baku, Ganja, Lenkoran and Shaki.

The event will bring together representatives of Armenian and Russian academia to discuss the challenges of state policies in overcoming the consequences of the global financial crisis.
